We, the undersigned are DBKK car parks user, and with this letter of request we hope Datuk you can consider the following: -

1.      To revolve the car park fees collection agreement with your contractor, M/S Wawasan Itisas Sdn. Bhd., and to manage the collection by DBKK directly.

2.      All classes of parking rates shall be revised to an affordable and reasonable rates in an around DBKK area.

3.      To increase parking spaces in the city area.

4.      To revise all penalty amount or late payment, provide easy repayment and provide monthly account statement to all car owners.

We thank you for your early attention and cooperation for a better Kota Kinabalu.
