You may download and complete the application form and attach the following:

1. A photocopy of your NRIC
2. Membership fees (either by cheque, bank draft, or postal money payable to "DAP Malaysia").

There are two types of membership :

• Life Member - RM100.00 (one-off); or
• Ordinary Member - RM5.00 per annum

It is advisable that you opt for life membership to avoid the hassle of having to renew your membership status every year.
