To The Voters Of Gaya: Vote DAP to Restore Democracy in Sabah

I am honored to be representing the DAP in this Gaya by-election. I thank the party for its trust in me. I also thank all the supporters and voters in Gaya who have been giving me a lot of encouragement and support during the campaign.

If elected, I pledge I will follow the example of the DAP leaders who have been vocal in raising the people's issues and championing the rights of the people in the country.

I will also give my best service to the people and I will ensure that their grievances be heard inside and outside the Parliament - whether issues related to national concern like corruption and abuse of power at the highest level of government, or day to day problems faced by the people of Gaya, such as abuse of power by the local council etc.

I urge the voters of Gaya to exercise the "Spirit of Gaya", to vote for the DAP in order to break the BN's hegemony and domination in Sabah politics. Furthermore, I also wish to urge those who want to see a strong comeback of DAP and effective Opposition in Sabah to take this opportunity to give full support to the DAP, and help us to strenghten the Sabah DAP, so as to play a greater role in Sabah politics, to ensure greater checks and balances on the BN government.
