dir=\"auto\">\u6211\u5728\u672c\u5b63\u5ea6\u7684\u56fd\u4f1a\u7ee7\u7eed\u8ffd\u95ee\u6052\u6bc5\u4e8c\u6821\u6279\u51c6\u7684\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u957f\u572811\u670810\u65e5\u7684\u7b54\u590d\u4e0a\u8bf4\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a1\u670822\u65e5\u7684\u6279\u51c6\u662f\u6ca1\u6709\u201cMemorandum Jemaah Menteri\u201d\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u5982\u4eca\u5c06\u63d0\u5448\u5185\u9601\u5907\u5fd8\u5f55\uff0c\u4ee5\u4f9b\u5185\u9601\u5ba1\u89c6\u548c\u91cd\u65b0\u51b3\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p
