appeal\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u63a8\u4e8b\u5ead\u5df2\u7ecf\u4e24\u6b21\u5ba3\u5224\u6c88\u53ef\u5a77\u65e0\u7f6a\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u662f\u5728\u63a7\u65b9\u7ed3\u6848\u540e\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u6b21\u662f\u5728\u8fa9\u65b9\u7ed3\u6848\u540e\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u4e5f\u76f8\u4fe1\uff0c\u63a8\u4e8b\u662f\u505a\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u8fde\u4e32\u7684\u4e8b\u5b9e\u88c1\u5b9a\uff08finding of facts\uff09\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u624d\u505a\u51fa\u6c88\u53ef\u5a77\u65e0\u7f6a\u91ca\u653e\u7684\u88c1\u51b3\u3002<strong>\u4e00\u822c\u4e0a\uff0c\u5ba1\u7406\u4e0a\u8bc9\u7684\u6cd5\u5ead\u5e76\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5e72\u9884\u4e8b\u5b9e\u88c1\u5b9a\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u5b58\u6709\u5f02\u5e38\u4e4b\u5904\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u867d\u7136\u9ad8\u5ead\u6709\u6743\u63a8\u7ffb\u63a8\u4e8b\u5ead\u7684\u88c1\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f46\u9ad8\u5ead\u4e00\u822c\u4e0d\u4f1a\u4ecb\u5165\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5ba1\u7406\u4e0a\u8bc9\u7684\u6cd5\u5ead\u4e00\u822c\u4e0d\u4f1a\u4ecb\u5165\u4e0b\u7ea7\u6cd5\u5ead\u7684\u4e8b\u5b9e\u88c1\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \u6211\u4e5f\u76f8\u4fe1\uff0c\u63a8\u4e8b\u662f\u505a\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u8fde\u4e32\u7684\u4e8b\u5b9e\u88c1\u5b9a\uff08finding of facts\uff09\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u624d\u505a\u51fa\u6c88\u53ef\u5a77\u65e0\u7f6a\u91ca\u653e\u7684\u88c1\u51b3\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u4e0a\uff0c\u5ba1\u7406\u4e0a\u8bc9\u7684\u6cd5\u5ead\u5e76\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5e72\u9884\u4e8b\u5b9e\u88c1\u5b9a\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u5b58\u6709\u5f02\u5e38\u4e4b\u5904\u3002
