What he is saying is not only undemocratic, it is in fact unconstitutional,&#8221; said Ong.<\/p>\n<p>Today Shahidan suggested that the race ratio of Ministers should be the same as the percentage of each race in the country, which according to him is 23 percent chinese, 8 percent Indian, and 67 percent Bumiputera.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">The Arau MP had suggested this formula in reply to a question by DAP&#8217;s Seremban MP Anthony Loke on\u00a0<\/span>how the Elections Committee (EC) would reinforce the &#8220;one person, one vote&#8221; concept to prevent gerrymandering.
