False news on Kelantan land orchestrated BN against Nga and I
I would like to announce that legal actions have been commenced against pro BN blog, pisau.net, Encik Mohd Jeffrey Amin Bin Abdul Hamid and Berita Harian for reporting false news against me and YB Nga Kor Ming. Legal notices are being issued to the above said parties. Legal actions will also be taken against those who are out to defame us.
Pisau.net has falsely and maliciously reported that the Kelantan State Government had awarded me and YB Nga Kor Ming 10,526 acres of land in exchange for our agreement to appoint Dato’ Seri Nizar Bin Jamaluddin to be Perak Menteri Besar in 2008.
Pisau.net blogger has used a pseudonym ‘Encik Pisau Suka Hiris’ for his/her blog to avoid his/her identity being known by others. I challenge the blogger to come out in the open and not be a coward for BN. His failure to own up is an admission that his/her article is a lie.
A search has shown that Mohd Jefferey Amin Bin Abdul Hamid who publicized the false news in Pisau.net by calling the media when making a report to MACC is an executive of BN Perak Government’s State Agency, Yayasan Bina Upaya. We can see that the false accusation us is orchestrated by BN.
TV3, Utusan Malaysia and other pro BN blogs have further publicized the said false news.
Our lawyers will be instructed to act according when further evidence have been gathered.
We can see very clearly the source of the false news was totally unreliable as the writer himself/herself does not dare to own up to what he/she has written. Therefore, the subsequent reports of the said article were also totally unreliable.
I have explained in a very transparent manner my involvement in the Kelantan reforestation project. The people demands that Dato’ Seri Zambry Bin Abdul Kadir the BN Perak Menteri Besar also to explain in a transparent manner the following land scandals:-
Why 68,503 acres of land were approved at only about RM375.00 an acre without open tender? State the list of those who were awarded the lands.
Why 6 acres of prime land in the centre of Sitiawan town was awarded to Kinta Berkat Sdn Bhd to develop without open tender. What are the terms of the award?
15.0 acres of prime land in Mukim Lumut approved to Reality Axis Sdn Bhd without open tender.
32.07 acres of prime land (lot 6593) in Mukim Kamunting approved to YBU Holding Sdn Bhd without open tender.
147.84 acres of prime land in Mukim Lumut approved to be developed by Kinta Berkat Sdn Bhd without open tender.
58 acres of town land in Bandar Lumut approved to J & S Holdings Sdn Bhd without open tender.
40 acres of prime land at Perak Tengah (Sri Iskandar) approved to Toyo Chemicals Sdn Bhd without open tender.
