Sebagai perhimpunan negara yang dipilih, Parlimen mestilah memperbaiki fungsi kawalan rapi terhadap Kerajaan dengan pembaharuan rangka kini Hari Raya Message by Karpal Singh (Kuala Lumpur,  Saturday): The DAP extends its best wishes and Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri to all Muslims in the country. Malaysia is blessed with a multiracial and multi religious society. It is indeed encouraging the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad has made maintaining religious and racial harmony one of his top priorities and has privately chastised those with “out-of-line” or “extreme” views from all quarters.
