Following disciplinary actions against UMNO MPs who signed SD supporting Muhyiddin as PM, BN disciplinary council should also probe other BN MPs who supported Muhyiddin as PM to ensure there is no double standard.
Why are only UMNO MPs being punished for supporting Muhyiddin as PM but other BN MPs are spared? Why do certain BN MPs enjoy immunity from disciplinary actions? Are all BN MPs equal or some are more equal than others?
While I have no intention to interfere in BN internal party affair, all efforts must be taken to ensure the stability of unity government and to avoid a repeat of Sheraton Move 2.0 to topple the unity government.
Thus it is utmost important that a full investigation be carried out with regards to BN MPs that have signed the SD and the content of the SD.
Under the SD Act 1960, any person who make a false SD will be charged and shall be punished with imprisonment for a term up to seven years and shall also be liable to a fine.
