Minister in the Prime Minister Department Paul Low’s statement that too much openness akin to pornography is shocking and distasteful.
Before becoming a minister, Paul Low was the President of Transparency Malaysia. If promoting transparency amounting to promoting pornography, was Paul Low the Chairman of Pornography Malaysia?
And now, Paul Low is a minister in charge of transparency and integrity, is he also a porn minister of Malaysia?
Paul Low’s statement will no doubt embarrass all his colleagues and associates in Transparency International.
While Paul Low might be right to say that other countries published their auditor-general’s report once a year, and Malaysia is the only country that presented it three times a year, but how many wrongdoers have been taken actions eventually?
