The Disciplinary Committee has a standing decision that any member who becomes a candidate against DAP’s authorized candidate in an election to elect representatives to a State Assembly or Parliament will be sacked automatically.
It has been brought to our attention that the following persons have become candidates against DAP’s authorized candidates in the following constituencies.

(Note: Satees a/l Muniandy has resigned on 28.07.2023, David Marshel a/l Pakianathan has resigned on 26.07.2023 and Chng Boon Lai has resigned on 27.07.2023 as party members.)
Members are reminded not to help or assist the above said sacked or former members during the election campaigns. Disciplinary actions will be taken if they do.
Members are also reminded that disciplinary actions will be taken against those who act against party’s interests.
