Why has MCA, MIC, GPS and GRS kept an unholy silence and continue to support a racist and extremist PAS in government?

PAS President Abdul Hadi Awang appears to have doubled down on his racist and extremist tirade by refusing to withdraw his false narrative that non-Muslim and non-bumi are the root of all corruption in Malaysia and adding a new component of national unity. In his latest facebook post Hadi added that the unity of the Muslims must be prioritised, before the participation of the non-Muslims, who are not extreme.

National unity should be the priority amongst all Malaysians regardless of race and religion, and not just putting Muslims first. Why has MCA,MIC,GPS and GRS kept an unholy silence and continue to support a racist and extremist PAS in government?

Worse, PAS has openly stated its ambition of having its own Prime Minister. A PAS Prime Minister would break up Malaysia and pose a nightmare scenario for non-Muslims and non-bumis, since he would not be a Prime Minister for all Malaysians but only for Muslims. To-date neither MCA,MIC,GPS nor GRS have publicly stated that they oppose PAS in government and their ambition to put one of their own as Prime Minister?

Relying On Extremism And Racism To Cover Up Its Economic Failures

PAS is not qualified to hold the post as Prime Minister when its President Abdul Hadi has adopted a hard-line anti non-Muslim stance, by previously stating that non-Muslims should not hold senior Cabinet posts, blamed non-Muslims and non-Malays for threatening the political power of the Malays when all top government positions are held by Malays or Muslims, lied that PH was dominated by non-Muslims that are anti-Islam and anti-Malay and lied again that PH won the 2018 general elections through treachery, labelled those encouraging the use of English as having a colonial mindset, and interfering in non-Muslim cultural events by wanting to ban entertainment concerts and Oktoberfest as well Bon Odori even though there are no religious ceremonies held.

PAS relies on its extremism and racism to cover up its failure to offer any solution for the country’s economic problems and corruption challenges. This is the reason why Kelantan has become the poorest state in Peninsular Malaysia after more than 30 years of PAS rule. Deprived of economic opportunities, Kelantanese are forced to migrate to other states and Singapore to seek job opportunities, whilst Kelantan suffers from poor crisis management in floods, bad governance and cannot even provide clean piped water to its citizens.
