We are in the era of new politics in response to the advice by the Yang di Pertuan Agong to ensure political stability in Malaysia and national unity of Malaysians, regardless of race, religion or region.
Perikatan Nasional (PN) of PAS and Bersatu believe they can score 5-1 if not 6-0 in the six state polls on August 12, although I believe the likely result is the maintenance of status quo at 3-3 or 4-2 in favour of the Pakatan Harapan/Barisan Nasional coalition.
One important question in the six state polls on August 12 is whether Selangor, Penang and Negri Sembilan is going to regress and be as poor and undeveloped like Kelantan, Terengganu and Kedah, or whether Kelantan, Terengganu and Kedah wants to follow the example of Selangor, Penang and Negri Sembilan to be as prosperous and developed by supporting the Pakatan Harapan/Barisan Nasional coalition.
Another question on August 12 is whether the voters in the six states are going to support the Prime Minister, Anwar Ibrahim, in his vision for Malaysia to rise up again to become a great world-class nation.
If we want Selangor to continue to develop to maintain its position as one most developed state in Malaysia, and for Malaysia to rise up against to become a great world-class nation, then we must ensure the victory of all the Pakatan Harapam/Barisan Nasional candidates in the six states.
For this reason, I call on the voters of Sungai Panjang to vote for the re-election of the BN/PH candidate, Mohd Imran bin Tamrin as their Assemblyman.
In fact, in the new politics that the country is going through, I will even call on PAS and Bersatu members and supporters to support the Prime Minister, Anwar Ibrahim’s efforts for Malaysia to rise up again to become a great world-class nation.
